Red and fresh Berry smoothie

The only thing you need is a blender when you make smoothies, as well as fresh fruit or vegetables. It is very easy to make smoothies and children love both making them and drinking them, because you can experiment with different kinds of fruits and vegetables and you will quickly get a favorite.

For this berry smoothie you need:

  • Blackberry
  • Banana
  • Apple juice
  • Milk
  • Ice cubes

Pour everything into the blender, tighten the lit and turn it on. After about 2 minutes you have a delicious creamy and healthy smoothie. Pour the smoothie into a big glas and serve it with straws like a milkshake.
