Spinach Dip

- 1 pkg of frozen chopped spinach (City Shop)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 medium bag of shredded mozarella
- 1 jar salsa
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- garlic powder (to taste)
Microwave the spinach until it is thawed and then drain it by pressing it against the edge of a colander. It doesn’t have to be completely drained - just the excess water. Then mix everything together in the crock pot. Set it on high for an hour and then switch to low if it seems alright until completely warm. It also helps if everything isn’t ice cold when you mix it together. Serve with tortilla chips.
