We are looking for a full time, live out Ayi to watch after our 8 month old baby and do some daily cleaning. Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 - 7:30 with occasional baby sitting or overnight if I am on a business trip. Does not need to speak English. Would prefer non-Shanghainese, experienced with kids and pets (we have 2 cats). Not in a hurry as we currently have full time help (but find she is too overbearing to continue with).
Please contact me or my husband. We can arrange interviews or “trial days” on Saturdays.

I am looking for a full-time or part time Mandarin speaking Ayi from August 1st. We are moving to Shimao Gardens, Jinqiao and have 3 kids, (6,5,4 yrs) and two small dogs. I would like someone that is good with kids and cleaning that comes with good references from another Expat. I am willing to share with another family and pretty flexible on hours needed, so would be willing to work around your requirements. Any ideas? choir001@yahoo.co.uk

We have just moved to Shanghai and are looking for an ayi. I would like someone who is available Monday through Friday and babysitting on Saturday evening. I think I would only need someone about 30 hours a week for cleaning and maybe cooking. My children are in school all day. Therefore, the only childcare required would be on Saturday evenings. My children are 8 and 5. We live in Pudong (in Kong qiao-near the British school, at Trinity villas). Thank you! Robin

    Hi All,
My lovely Ayi has just resigned to go home to Anhui to care for her new Grandchild…unfortunately!
I am looking for a happy relaxed Ayi to help care for my two children…girl 3 and boy 1.

Our current ayi did not speak English but I would really prefer it if possible. I would also really like to employ someone who comes reccommended by another Expat.

We are an Australian family living in Xuhui, Puxi.

Please call me on my mobile 15900501061…

    Thanks Julie
